** A Tier I lead includes the customer's mobile phone #, the listing they are viewing, the city of their billing address, and the time the lead was generated. A Tier II lead include all from Tier I + the customer's first and last name, e–mail, and zip code. A Tier III lead includes all from Tier II + the customer will have answered one or both questions about whether they are working with a realtor and if they're pre-approved for a mortgage. This might also include customer comments in the future.
